Requirements

• Certificate in Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic Registered with the SAPC. 

• 5 years prior retail experience as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant – (non-negotiable).

• SAPC and relevant legal knowledge. 

• Poses strong ethical skills. 

• Willing to work shifts (retail hours)

Responsibilities

• Offer quality customer service and care. 

• Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine. 

• High standards of housekeeping and merchandise display. 

• Accurate compounding. 

• Customer service orientated. 

• Dispensing of medication under supervision from Pharmacist. 

• Ensure effective and timeous resolution of problems by regular interaction with Responsible Pharmacist.
